Despite (or perhaps because of) its obviously secular source, this is a great read and something those that claim to follow Christ can take something from.

Yeah. I randomly found it (again) recently. Personally, I think such and article carries *more* weight some years later... ...since it's a little easier to see the "don't kill each other" idea from *both* sides after the passage of some time... ...and with the consideration of events that have occurred since that time... ~PS

What saddens me is that the political powers that were out for blood haven't realized the toll, or at least won't own up to it. The only aim of war is proper peace. Anything more than that and you're the enemy and someone will take you down.
